Web hosting refund

In order to use our services you must first secure your own domain name. We do not require that you register your domain through our website, however we would be happy to take care of the technical aspects of Domain Registration. In order to use our domain registration services, please review the following Registration Agreement and ICANN Policy. You will be asked to agree to these terms during the automated registration process.

If you already own your domain and are currently hosting with another provider, we will be happy to help you make the transfer to our servers.

Securing your own domain name is accomplished by registering one of the Internic authorized registrars. A complete list of registrars my be obtained by visiting the Internic Website.

If you choose to do the registration yourself and would like to host with SitePlus you must list our DNS (domain name servers) as authoritative for your domain. This is a necessary step in the addressing of your domain. Our Servers are listed below.

  • Primary DNS Name: NS.SITEPLUS.COM
  • Primary DNS IP adr: 72.159.197.37
  • Secondary DNS Name: NS1.SITEPLUS.COM
  • Secondary DNS IP adr: 72.159.197.47/strong>

If you are registering through Network Solutions you will need to list our NIC Handle (JWW34) as Technical contact.

The increased number of competing registrars has been a recent change in Internic policy. For this reason in most cases the owner of the domain must handle the changes. We have detailed Instructions to help you in this task. However, if you don't feel comfortable making these changes yourself, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to work with you to complete the necessary changes.
